Loved the spacious, clean room with a comfy bed and a super modern shower! Really enjoyed the breakfast on the top floor with its amazing panoramic view of the Rhine. Only downside, no kettle in the room ☕

Unfortunately, the street noise was quite disruptive . While the windows are effective when closed, I found it hard to breathe fresh air at night without waking up due to traffic sounds. I was disappointed that the panorama salon was only open for breakfast, leaving no opportunity for evening views or a drink later on.

Exceptional views, marvellous setting.
Nice place, exceptionally comfortable beds, consistently courteous staff. A wide range of options for breakfast in the lounge area. Lovely building and rooms with beautiful decoration. Location very close to hill to train station, Gutenberg Museum and city center.

Breakfast was very nice and rich, room size was good - there was enough space for 3 people in the triple bed room.
I was very disappointed that the Internet connection is paid - T-mobile asks for 8 eur per hour which is too much. a free wi-fi should be available in all good hotels.

The restaurant was fantastic with panoramic view here, I had excellent dishes. The bed was comfortable, and I had large bathroom. The top and decent location was just close to a Protestant church;))

Absolutely not impressed! There was no kettle in my room and the pillows were basically flat. I woudl ve liked a room upgrade for my troubles, but of course, that was too much to ask. Would ve given a good review, but just couldn't! So uncalled for!

Reasonably efficient
Can't easily print from internet connection. You have to email content to the hotel. Very awkward. Hard to believe given it tries to attract business customers.

Good for a quick stay, just be ready for some quirks
Had a great view while enjoying breakfast on the top floor, honestly, the coffee there was surprisingly good! The staff were friendly,, even willing to help us with directions and local spots.
It wasn't cheap,, but it worked for a short stay.

The lady at the reception was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We asked her about a good restaurant for dinner, and she recommended a really good one and also made a reservation for us. Thank you! The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view of Rhein.
It was very crowded during breakfast.
